Forum: feature_films Subject: Should this be moved to Sci-Fi/Horror?

Someone has uploaded a badly faded copy of “Kong Island:”
http://www.archive.org/details/KongIsland

According to the IMDb, this film was an Italian/Spanish/USA co-production that was released in Italy as “Eva, la Venere selvaggia” in September of 1968, and released in the US the same year. The only copyright notice in the credits is an invalid one for the music, so the soundtrack is evidently PD if the film itself is. Is this eligible for GATT?
If so, please remove it. If not, please move it to Sci-Fi/Horror.

BTW, it makes “Plan 9” look like “Citizen Kane!”
